Added single variables, OpenManual and CloseManual, for the pneumatic axis control from the operator panels. If there is only one OP, then one input is used to open and one to close the safety shutter. If two OPs are used, two inputs can be used to open and two to close the shutter.
Added two separate sets of buttons on the pneumatic VISU, to simulate control from two OPs.
